Petra V Pro trains students for Minnesota beauty licensure at its Brooklyn Park campus, 7652 Brooklyn Blvd. The school describes its hands-on training as a mix of online theory, instructor-guided learning and real service experience.

The Classic Lash Technician program is 14 hours in total, with 8 hours online and 6 hours in person. It covers lash theory and safety, sanitation and infection control, natural lash assessment, lash mapping and styling, classic application, isolation and adhesive control, removal and aftercare. It provides the education and practical training required for Minnesota Eyelash Technician licensure, and no prior lash experience is needed. Classic lash training is also offered in Spanish. Advanced Volume Lash Certification, covering volume and fan techniques, is available to lash artists who already have classic foundations, though it is not a Minnesota licensing program.

The Nail Technician program is 350 hours, with 200 hours of online theory and 150 hours of in-person practical training. It is offered on an Accelerated full-time schedule or a Weekender part-time schedule. Topics include manicures and pedicures, acrylic and gel enhancements, e-file safety, nail art and design, sanitation and disinfection, state board theory, client communication, and business basics with retail knowledge. No previous nail experience is required.

The Esthetician program is a 600-hour hybrid: 400 hours of online theory and 200 hours of in-person practical and student clinic training at the Brooklyn Park campus. It covers skin care, waxing and beauty fundamentals, and is designed to prepare students for Minnesota esthetician licensure.

The Student Clinic lets the public book beauty services performed by students during their supervised training. Clinic appointments must be booked online, and availability depends on student training and clinic schedules. Cancellations and rescheduling are handled by phone.

The school also offers online, self-paced continuing education for licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, nail technicians and lash technicians. Minnesota renewal requires 8 hours, 4 core and 4 professional. Certificates carry the school's provider number and are submitted with renewals, and courses must be taken under the same legal name as the license.

Tuition can be paid in full at online checkout, and installment payments through Shop Pay may be available, depending on eligibility. Students can apply for the Glamour of Hope tuition award. Students whose training is funded by an approved workforce program, city, county or other agency can enroll through the Comprehensive Tuition pathway. For Minnesota licensing, applicants must be 17 or older, hold a Social Security Number or ITIN, and present a valid government-issued photo ID. Licensing and state examination fees are charged separately from tuition.

Students learn theory online and practice in person, with instructor guidance and real service work. Training formats are offered to suit different schedules.
