Head spa visits begin with a consultation and scalp analysis. The Express Scalp Renewal is a 45-minute shorter version of the Traditional Head Spa, which runs 60 minutes and includes head, neck, décolletage and ear massage with acupressure. The 90-minute Signature Head Spa adds sculptural face lifting massage and an infrared sauna bed to the traditional treatment. The 90-minute Post-Surgery Head Spa is designed to support scalp care after surgery or medical treatment, and pairs an infrared sauna bed with an acupressure head massage. The business says the products used in head spa services are clinically tested.

Reiki sessions come in eight styles: Wellness Recharge, Empowerment, Healing, Stress Relief, Self-Love, Manifestation, Trauma Healing and Chakra Balancing. Most run 60 to 90 minutes, while Stress Relief is 60 minutes. Empowerment includes intention-setting, affirmations and guided visualization, and Chakra Balancing may bring in meditation, visualization and crystal therapy. Wellness Recharge is suggested for clients who are unsure which session to book. The site describes Reiki as non-religious, not a massage technique, safe for all ages, and usable alongside medical treatment.

Light and infrared sessions are short. Face, Scalp, and Hair Red/Blue Light Therapy is a 30-minute visit that starts with a consultation, then a scalp and facial massage and a light session, and is recommended three to four times per week. The 30-minute Infrared Detox & Wellness Sauna Experience uses near, mid and far infrared light after a consultation and is recommended one to two times per week.

Hours are Monday to Friday 10 am to 8 pm and Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, with Sunday by appointment only. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and a cancellation inside that window is charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file. A cancellation within 12 hours is treated as a no-show and charged the full amount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service cannot be given. Retail purchases can be exchanged within 30 days, and service concerns must be raised within 7 days of a visit, as the business does not currently offer refunds.
