Many visits begin with a consultation. A free Start Here virtual appointment is offered to talk through skin concerns and treatment options and to receive a personalized plan. Virtual visits take place on the doxy.me telemedicine platform, which requires no registration or account, and the client must be located in Minnesota during the appointment.

In-office treatments include Botox or Xeomin, with a 30-unit option listed at $420, and medical-grade chemical peels lasting 30 minutes or more at $300. Peels usually involve a five to ten day peeling and healing process, and extreme sun protection is required for at least four weeks afterward. Results appear about three months after placement, and for best results threads are placed every three to four months for at least one year.

New patients are encouraged to start with a virtual consultation before their first Botox or Xeomin appointment, and may book a complimentary two-week follow-up to check results. Additional treatment is charged at the usual cost. Returning patients book a 30-minute appointment, and repeat treatments are recommended at least 90 days after the previous one.

Packages and memberships spread treatments across a year. Packages must be scheduled at purchase, used by the same individual within 365 days, and are not refundable once bought. Prescription medication costs are separate from consultation fees and are the patient's responsibility. Gift cards are sold on the website, which also has a product recommendations page of budget-friendly skincare and sunscreen picks; links there are commissionable and the commissions are donated.
