Stylists keep their skills current through continuing education and editorial hairdressing work. The salon partners with product lines chosen in part for their attention to preserving the environment. According to the salon, the goal is for clients to leave feeling well cared for and changed in a positive way.

Booking is by contacting your stylist directly, by phone or through the stylist's contact details. Appointments cannot be booked, changed or cancelled by email or through the contact form. All stylists charge a fee for cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice, including same-day changes. Street parking includes 2-hour zones on Martin Luther King Jr. Way and nearby cross streets, with all-day parking on some sections of the avenue.
