The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Consultations are complimentary, and special occasion appointments are set with each client. Services cover women, men and children, and the salon also takes on clients for weddings, events and photo occasions. Prices listed on the services page are a guide.

The salon says its stylists are internationally trained and keep up with the latest styles and hair-care products. It also says it has a long list of loyal clients. Color is done with Schwarzkopf Professional hair color, offered in traditional or organic options, and the colorists are specially trained by Schwarzkopf in color application and selection.

Designs each hairstyle around the client's face, skin tone, personality and style, with the aim of accentuating the beauty the client already has.
