New clients can book a complimentary consultation to talk through the areas they want to address before choosing a treatment. Visits take place Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and on Saturdays from 10 AM to 6 PM. Appointments can be made online, by phone at 212-363-5555, or by email at appts@petalslaserlounge.com. Guests are offered complimentary champagne or coconut water during their visit and can relax in an anti-gravity oxygen chair. The business suggests a 20% gratuity for aestheticians.

The body contouring menu includes SculpSure, a laser treatment for fat in the abdomen, flanks, back, inner thighs, outer thighs and under the chin, which the business says takes about 25 minutes with no downtime; a submental version is priced separately for the area under the chin. Emsculpt is also offered, with customized packages available. For skin, the spa offers HydraFacial, a 30-minute facial, a Laser Facial, a Booster add-on, CO2 fractional laser treatments for the face and for vaginal and vulvar tissue, and Fraxel resurfacing in small, medium, large and full-face sizes. Electrolysis is booked in 15-minute, 30-minute and one-hour sessions, and eyebrow microblading is performed by a brow specialist with a numbing cream provided. Semi-permanent makeup requires a consultation first. Men can book HydraFacial, laser hair removal, body contouring and a Signature Scalp Treatment.
