Personal Image is a men-only, non-surgical hair restoration studio in downtown Needham, Massachusetts, and has operated since 1997. Monique Griffin founded it. The studio serves clients from across New England, including Boston, the South Shore, the North Shore, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.

Every relationship starts with a free private consultation, about an hour long and with no obligation to book. From there, custom hair systems are matched to a client's hair color, texture, density and hairline. Systems are typically made with high-quality human hair and use ultra-thin lace or skin bases for a natural hairline. They can be designed to cover the entire scalp and are usually ready within a few weeks.

Hair replacement is offered to men with thinning hair, receding hairlines, bald spots or complete hair loss, including men who are not candidates for hair transplant surgery. Systems can be styled, combed and parted like natural hair and used with regular hair products. The salon states that systems are designed for swimming, exercise and showering. Most clients come in for maintenance every four to six weeks, which covers styling and adhesive care.

Appointments are by appointment only and private, held in climate-controlled styling suites, and free parking is available. Hours are Monday and Tuesday from 9 to 5, and Thursday and Friday from 9 to 7; the studio is closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
