Manicures range from a basic service to a Persimmon manicure that includes a sugar scrub exfoliation, plus shellac and gel options with or without removal of the old polish. Paraffin and French tip can be added to a manicure. Pedicures come in five tiers. The basic pedicure includes a whirlpool soak, filing, shaping, exfoliation, a hot-towel massage and polish. The Persimmon pedicure adds callus removal. The spa pedicure adds a citrus scrub and a hot stone massage. The Pamper Me pedicure adds a lavender sugar scrub, a lavender mask and warming paraffin. The deluxe pedicure adds a tropical fruit scrub, a tropical vitamin mask, warming paraffin and ten extra minutes of massage.

Nail enhancements include acrylic fills and full sets, acrylic with gel polish, pink and white work, SNS dipping powder with or without tips, UV liquid gel and Gel X. Eyelash services include strip lashes, group lash sessions, and new sets and fills of extensions. Eyebrow tinting, with or without waxing, and a full menu of waxing for the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini and back are also offered. Facials come as a 30-minute relax facial or a 60-minute deluxe facial. Massages include neck and shoulder, and foot options from 10 to 30 minutes, and are adjusted to each client's feedback at the start of the session.

Hygiene and comfort details are listed on the site. Tools are washed, disinfected and sterilized in medical-grade autoclaves after each use. Pedicure chairs use single disposable air jet liners, and each pedicure client receives disposable files, buffers and a pumice stone. Complimentary wine, champagne, mimosa, tea, water and soda are offered.

Groups are welcome. Parties of six or more need a 20% deposit, and party bookings can be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund. Children aged 10 and under have their own polish change and manicure or pedicure prices. A sign-up list for promotions and birthday gifts is also available.
