Alongside the business, the founders jointly set up the Permaskin Foundation in 2018 as a nonprofit. Through it, people can get restorative treatments at no charge or at reduced cost, including areola restoration for women who have had breast cancer. Separately, the company sells franchises to entrepreneurs interested in opening a Permaskin Med Spa.

Every first visit starts with a free consultation of about thirty minutes, with no obligation to book. The provider reviews health history, skin concerns and prior treatments, and leaves the client with a written plan that lists clear pricing. If another option seems more suitable than what the client asked for, the business says it will say so at that stage. Prices, packages and promotions are the same at all three locations. Services are by appointment, booked by phone or text, and a deposit is taken when booking: $75 on most services and $100 on laser services, paid at the front desk or by phone rather than online.

Packages and memberships lower the per-session price for most treatments. Laser hair removal is sold as a course, and packages are paid in full and are non-refundable and non-transferable, with the exception of the full body laser package, which can be split into two payments. Appointments can be moved with 72 hours' notice, up to two times. Gift cards are available for those who want to give a package to someone else.

The business says it aims to treat skin health as seriously as appearance, doses injectables conservatively to keep natural expression, and recommends less treatment when a client does not need it, including better skincare and time.
