Appointments are on Sundays only and must be booked ahead. Clients are asked to text rather than call. A visit typically runs about 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the service and the area, and consultations are available in English, Ukrainian and Russian. Procedures are not done during pregnancy or breastfeeding, over active skin infections, or on irritated or unhealed skin.
Permanent makeup typically fades over one to three years, so the studio suggests a yearly refresh. A touch-up about a month after the first session is the usual way to add depth to the color.
Consultation options include a free written assessment by text, where a client sends a photo of the area and questions and receives an assessment and price, or an in-person studio consultation for $25.
