The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with Wednesday and Sunday closed. Each client is booked into a two-hour block.

The focus is facials, and each one is built around the individual client's skin and concerns rather than a standard template. A typical facial begins with steam, a cleanser and exfoliator, and a fruit enzyme treatment, followed by extractions. It ends with a bio cellulose sheet mask during a shoulder massage, then serums and lotion. Facials run one, one and a half, or two hours depending on the treatment.

The facial menu includes Oxygen Facial, Microcurrent Sculpting Facial, Diamondtome Microdermabrasion, Serum Infusion Facial and Ultrasound Facial, each listed at $280. Microcurrent Sculpting uses mild electrical current to lift and tone the skin and underlying muscles. Sessions are spaced 72 hours apart, with a minimum of 12 treatments recommended and maintenance every six weeks afterward.

The Face Reality Acne Bootcamp is listed at $110 for one hour. It combines enzyme treatments, a customized facial and a personalized home care routine, with dietary and lifestyle recommendations after the initial consultation. Treatments are scheduled every two to four weeks. Clients must buy the recommended acne products exclusively through Olivia Arkin, at a typical cost of $250 to $300, and the program requires commitment and consistency. The business says clients who follow the regimen often see 90 to 95% clearance within about four months.

Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice are charged the cost of the scheduled service, and last-minute cancellations are charged the full price.
