The menu is grouped into body, brow, face and waxing services. Body waxing covers areas from the neck and stomach to full arms and full legs. Brow services start with a simple free-hand clean-up, and go up to brows measured and shaped to the client's facial features before waxing, with optional stain and brow lamination. Brow lamination smooths and sets natural brow hairs, and the studio says results last 6 to 8 weeks. Each brow lamination service includes an aftercare kit.

Booking requires a valid card on file. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows and missed appointments carry a fee of 50 percent of the scheduled service. Arriving past the grace period means a single-service appointment must be rescheduled, while late arrival for several booked services may shorten or change some of them. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent and must have one present.
