Children aged 12 and under can book manicures, pedicures, gel versions, French gel manicures and nail art. The salon also lists waxing for brows, face, legs and arms, along with facials and skincare treatments.

Policies cover hygiene and service. Tools and equipment are sterilized after each use, and disposable items are used whenever possible. Gel nails that lift or peel receive complimentary repairs within 5 days of the original service, though breakage caused by user error is not covered. Confirmed no-shows are charged the full service amount, and at least 24 hours' notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Massage chairs are available at the stations.

Hygiene is central: tools and equipment are sterilized after each use, and disposable items are used whenever possible to reduce cross-contamination.
