A visit usually starts with a personalized consultation covering hair history and past chemical exposure, after which the salon builds a long-range plan toward the healthiest state for the hair. Extension clients have a separate consultation that covers how often and when appointments fall, a deposit for hair equipment, and booking the first install and the removal.

The studio is inside My Salon Suite of Lakewood at 6115 La Vista Drive, Dallas, and the booking profile also lists an Oak Lawn Avenue address. According to the booking profile, Saturday hours run 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and the salon is closed the rest of the week. The site has photo galleries of extension work, cuts and color, and styling, plus before and after photos of transformations.
