The menu is organized into manicures, pedicures, full sets and fill-ins, dipping powder, kids' services, additional services, waxing, eyelash extensions and facials. Manicures range from a classic service to gel manicures with color or French tips and a deluxe option. Pedicures are the largest group, with classic, French, signature, gel polish, organic, pyramid, sweet heart and detox volcano versions. The organic pedicure is free of parabens and triclosan and comes in eight scents. The pyramid pedicure adds a CBD fizzy soak, a sugar scrub, a purifying clay mask, massage lotion and a restoration serum. The detox volcano pedicure is a single-use treatment with a bubbling mask, a sugar scrub, a hot stone massage with collagen lotion and collagen socks.

Full sets and fill-ins include acrylic full sets, full sets with gel polish, pink fill-ins, pink and white sets, and pink and white ombre. Dipping powder options include a standard dip, dip with manicure, dip French and dip ombre, with ombre full sets also available. Kids can book a manicure, pedicure, gel manicure or gel polish service. Additional services include paraffin treatment, collagen socks, collagen gloves and nail design.

Waxing covers eyebrows, eyebrow wax with tint, facial areas, bikini, Brazilian, chest, full arms and full legs. Eyelash extensions come in classic and volume styles, with full sets and fills at two and three weeks, plus eyebrow tinting. The classic three-week fill starts at $85. Facial services are AgeLock and Facelift.

Prices are listed on the menu but can vary by length, design and the time a service requires, so clients should confirm the price with their nail technician before service begins. Appointment cancellations need advance notice. Arriving 10 minutes late for an appointment means the visit is handled as a walk-in. The salon does not offer refunds for services, but will work to resolve any service issues. Clients must pay for any salon products they damage during a visit, and gift certificates are available. Clients who have health issues or diabetes should disclose them before service. Ingrown toenail cutting is only done at the client's request, and parents bringing children are asked to supervise them during the visit. The salon may decline or stop service for anyone who is rude or has a bad attitude, and it is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or gift cards.

The salon uses disposable liners for each client to reduce cross-contamination, and says it uses top-line products.
