The Brazilian options are detailed. A Brazilian Female removes hair from the front and back, including the mound, labia, and the area between the cheeks, and a strip or triangle can be left in place. A Brazilian Male also covers the shaft and scrotum. Waxing the glutes can be added to a Brazilian for an extra charge. Bikini Full lets clients decide how much or how little hair is removed from the front of the bikini area. Most female Brazilians take under 15 minutes, and a first Brazilian usually takes about 30 minutes.
Appointments are required and walk-ins are not accepted. Booking is by text message, as the owner does not answer email or phone calls, and online booking is also offered through GlossGenius, which provides Buy Now, Pay Later on bookings from $50 to $4,000. Every appointment must be secured with a valid credit card, and after one no-show, clients must prepay. Clients need hair at least three weeks long; if it is shorter, they are asked to rebook and are charged for the missed appointment. Clients who have taken Accutane in the past year need to wait a year before waxing, and those using Retin-A, glycolic, salicylic, or other acid treatments, or certain medications, may need to wait up to two weeks after stopping. Waxing is offered during pregnancy and menstrual periods, with a tampon used for Brazilian and bikini waxes.
Children under 12 are not accommodated in the studio unless they have a scheduled appointment, and carriers and strollers cannot come in. Clients under 16 having a first service need a parent or guardian present at that visit to give written consent. Only one person is allowed in the treatment room at a time, though a parent may stay with a minor. For Brazilian and Bikini Full waxes, clients undress from the waist down, including underwear.
Aftercare asks clients to wait 24 hours before intense exercise, pools, hot tubs, or soaking, and 48 hours before sun exposure or tanning beds. Waxing may cause a histamine reaction on the face, bikini, back, or chest, and the business suggests taking Benadryl beforehand.
