The menu covers nail enhancements in acrylic, gel, SNS dip, solar powder and ombre finishes, along with manicures and pedicures ranging from classic to luxury spa versions. Pedicures include herb pillow and hot stone options, and several services can be finished with optional scents. Skincare facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and individual eyelash extensions are also available. A Little Princess line serves children aged 10 and under.

Hygiene is built into each service. Pedicure liners are disposable, files and buffers are thrown away after each client, and pedicure tubs are disinfected after every use. Each client receives a personal nail kit box, and instruments are sterilized overnight and kept in sealed single-use packages. New equipment is medically sterilized before it is used.

The salon hosts large parties and corporate, birthday and bridal events, with visits arranged through a manager. Gift certificates are sold for a set dollar amount or for particular services. Some prices are starting prices, including waxing by area and several nail repair and design options.
