Massage sessions run from 30 minutes to 2 hours, and stretch therapy is offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute lengths. Stretch therapy is a full-body stretch from neck to ankles, done with a sheet or towel. Clothing is optional, and clients stay covered throughout. Draping is required for massage, and clients are asked not to book with cold or flu symptoms.
Add-ons include a face massage, a 15 minute heated sole massage using hot stones, and a 35 minute lower leg and foot bath and scrub performed on the massage table. Cupping is available as a 30 minute add-on or as a full body session of about 1 hour 15 minutes. Massage can also be brought to events on request.
Packages combine massage, stretch and facial therapy in the Mini Reset and The Reset. Memberships give up to 20% off every massage, and Massage Series 4-packs can be used for massage or stretch within three months.
