The salon has two locations: 14430 Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks, which is open every day from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, and 6327 Wilshire Blvd in Mid-Wilshire. Appointments can be booked online through the salon's website, and the salon lists a phone number and an email address for questions.

Manicures and pedicures are built around Russian-technique cuticle work. Options range from a bare-nail service focused on cuticle grooming and shaping, to polish or gel versions with deep cuticle cleaning, callus removal, scrubbing and a lotion massage. An electric-file callus removal can be added to any pedicure, and the salon lists it at about five minutes. A Russian manicure with camouflage hard gel includes e-file cuticle work and a sculpted shape with added corners, using pre-tinted camouflage hard gel.

Extensions are offered as GEL-X full sets, which take about an hour and a half. The salon notes that GEL-X full sets are not offered as fills. It describes the sets as lightweight, natural-looking and durable. Nail art is available, including airbrush ombre with a blended gradient finish, chrome finishes with classic white pearlescent and more than 20 chrome colors, and French designs that can be added to a gel pedicure or a Russian manicure. Clients can also get a single nail designed by sending a photo for a price quote.

Removal and repair are priced separately. Gel removal is free for gel manicures done at Perfect Nails and when a client stays with gel or Gel-X, but costs $10 if the gel was done elsewhere and must be booked in advance. Gel-X and acrylic removal costs $20 when the last set was done at another salon or when switching to a lower service. Gel-X removal is free for clients continuing with Gel-X at the salon. For damaged or broken nails, a single-nail fix starts at $5. The Gel-X, gel-based Russian manicure, camouflage hard gel and gel pedicure services carry a three-day guarantee that covers free repairs. After three days, repair fees apply, though exceptions may be made after a technician assesses the repair.
