Perfect Imperfections

Perfect Imperfections is a lash studio in Arlington, Texas, where the main offering is lash sets. Clients are booked with a deposit, and the studio sets out its policies in some detail.

Each appointment requires a $25 deposit to hold the booking, and that deposit is nonrefundable. When a squeeze-in slot is open, the fee is $35, which includes the $25 deposit. A cancellation made more than 24 hours ahead keeps the deposit usable toward a new appointment booked within 14 days; otherwise it is forfeited. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead, or not showing up, means paying 50% of the service amount.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no makeup, and anyone who wears contact lenses should take them out before the set. Arriving 10 minutes late brings a $10 late fee, and an appointment is cancelled if the client is 15 minutes late. Phones are not permitted during sessions, and extra guests are not allowed at appointments.

The studio sets firm booking, deposit and arrival rules so each appointment can be held and started on time.
