The menu is built around manicures and pedicures, offered from a classic service up to named spa treatments. Combo packages pair a manicure with a pedicure, and a separate children's combo is available for ages 10 and under. The salon says its spa oils, lotions and masks are made with CBD.
For nail enhancements, the salon offers gel, SNS dipping powder, Liquid Gel Builder, Pink and White, Diamond Nails and Apres Gel-X soft gel extensions, with fill-in and full-set options for most. Enhancements are guaranteed for 7 days, and a lost nail or lifting within that window is repaired at no charge.
Beyond the nail menu, the salon provides waxing for the face, body and men's areas, individual and volume eyelash extensions with touch-up appointments, and eyebrow and eyelash tinting. Add-ons such as nail designs, French, chrome, ombre, nail repair and nail take-off are priced separately.
Several policies apply. A credit card is required to reserve for parties of three or more, and a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice is charged the full service price. Children may be in the salon only while receiving a service and must be supervised. Clients are asked to disclose medical conditions, prescription medications and skin conditions or products before services. Refunds are not given on products or services, and gift cards are non-refundable. A client who is unhappy with a service can say so and another technician will accommodate them.
