Every treatment begins with a personalized consultation to learn about the client's skin concerns and goals. Facials are then built around what the skin needs at that appointment rather than a fixed routine, and the Clarity Complex Facial is aimed at acne-prone, congested and breakout-prone skin.

Hair removal includes traditional waxing, including a signature Brazilian wax, and sugaring as an alternative. Intimate care includes the Classic Vajacial for cleansing and exfoliating after hair removal, a short Mini Ingrown Treatment for a small area, and a 50-minute Vajacial + Ingrown Care session for ingrowns, congestion and texture.

The studio works within the Penthouse Method, a six-stage framework (discover, decode, repair, correct, maintain, optimize) for making intentional decisions about treatment. Your Skin Has Receipts is an educational platform that helps people observe what they notice on their skin, what has been happening around it and how it behaves over time. Penthouse Diagnostics, a separate diagnostic collection service, was also founded by the studio's founder, Krystel Petite.

Treatments are built around first understanding the client's skin, its concerns and what the client has noticed, and decisions are made within a six-stage framework called the Penthouse Method.
