Penthouse Beauty describes its aim as lifting clients up and helping them look and feel their best, using quality products and techniques. Lash extensions are the main focus. Classic sets apply one extension to each natural lash. Hybrid sets combine classic single extensions with small volume fans on each lash. Volume sets use three to ten lightweight hand-made fans on each natural lash, and mega volume sets are the fullest and darkest option, customized to each client. A full set usually takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, and extensions can last up to six weeks or longer depending on natural growth and aftercare.

Refills are booked one to three weeks after a set. A two-week refill covers 8 to 16 days after the last visit and a three-week refill covers 17 to 22 days. Refills need 40 to 50 percent of lashes remaining on both eyes; with less than that, or after 22 days, a new full set is needed. Penthouse Beauty does not work over other people's extensions, so a removal and a full set are required in that case.

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to book and is applied to the balance, which is due on the day of service. Changes or cancellations should be made by call or text at least 24 hours ahead, and cancelling or rescheduling inside that window forfeits the deposit. There is a 10-minute grace period; later arrivals may pay a late fee of $10 to $30, and appointments are cancelled after 30 minutes. Clients should arrive without eye makeup and with clean lashes, and mascara is not used with extensions.

Aftercare includes keeping extensions dry for 24 to 48 hours and avoiding steam in that time, washing them daily with lash cleaner, and not rubbing, pulling or sleeping on them. Extensions that fall out within 24 hours are fixed free of charge if the client gets in touch within that window; later fallout carries a fee. Natural lashes are a top priority, and clients are told when their natural lashes need a break from extensions.

Beyond lashes, the studio offers spa facials starting at $40, bottom lash enhancements starting at $15 and lash removal starting at $25. Training is also available, from beginner to advanced courses covering application, removal and business tips, in group and one-on-one formats. eGift cards in amounts from $25 to $200 are sold and never expire.
