A 100 hands-on treatments course at the spa costs a state fee of $70 and earns the State of Texas Laser Hair Removal Technician certificate. Laser training includes up to three hours of one-on-one hands-on instruction. An 8-hour shadowing course covers the basics of aesthetic practice and the spa's services. A one-day course covers microneedling and diamond microdermabrasion, including pricing, consent and marketing. A dermaplaning and chemical exfoliation certification includes theory, demonstration and hands-on practice, and completion earns a Pelle Sana certificate.

Booking policies are firm. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving later than that may lead to rescheduling or a modified service, and may result in a cancelled appointment with a fee. All service sales are final, and refunds are not provided for missed appointments. Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable and may be transferred at management's discretion. Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 7 days with the original receipt, while opened or used products are non-refundable.

The spa says results vary by individual and are not guaranteed to be permanent.
