About

pēkomd was founded in 2020 by Dr. Peter Koltz, and the site describes the team as board-certified plastic surgeons. The practice sees patients at four Ohio locations: Toledo, Dayton, Worthington near Columbus, and Defiance.

Care is organized into surgical procedures, non-surgical treatments, hair restoration and pēkWellness. Each patient starts with a consultation covering goals, concerns and timing. Plans are customized by board-certified plastic surgeons, nurses, and metabolic health and hormone optimization experts, and advanced practice providers and nurses work with the surgeons on each plan.

The business says it is not built around a handful of treatments or a single device, and that its range means recommendations are not limited to what one clinic offers. Surgical work is described as grounded in anatomy and judgment, while non-surgical care is presented as a guided starting point. Treatment is meant to rebuild confidence as well as change how someone looks, and the practice aims to keep long-term relationships with patients across surgery, non-surgical aesthetics and wellness.

The site lists ACHC accreditation, offers online booking, and has pages covering out-of-town patients, financing options, and its cancellation and late policy. It also offers a membership program and a rewards program called pēkomd Rewards.

Combines surgery, non-surgical aesthetics and wellness into one plan that begins with a consultation and is shaped by a team of surgeons, nurses and hormone and metabolic specialists.
