The studio was established in October 2012 and first operated in El Cerrito. It moved to Solano Avenue in Berkeley in September 2024, and it draws clients from Berkeley, El Cerrito, Albany, Oakland, Richmond and nearby cities, as well as some from Fremont, Walnut Creek and Marin County.

The facial menu is built around European-style treatments aimed at wrinkles, acne scars, sun damage, hyperpigmentation and discoloration. The studio also offers Green Peel herbal peeling, which it describes as an all-natural treatment and says has been used for more than 50 years. Green Peel is a certified treatment at the studio, and the studio describes it as producing new skin within five days.

New clients can request a complimentary consultation to discuss which treatment fits their needs. All visits must be booked in advance. The studio is open daily from 10:30 AM to 5 PM, closed on Tuesdays and major holidays. Guests are asked to check in 15 minutes ahead of their appointment. If someone arrives late, the session may be shortened or moved to a later date, and the full fee still applies. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice or missing an appointment incurs a $50 charge. The studio may request a deposit to hold a future booking, and that deposit is non-refundable. Prepaid packages lapse nine months after purchase, and gift certificates lapse one year after purchase. Skin care products, spa services and gift certificates are non-refundable. Prices and services may change without notice.

Parking is metered for two hours in front of the building, and free street parking is available on nearby residential streets.
