Pedicure Pro is operated by Pedicure Pro LLC from a studio at Carmel Commons Boulevard in Charlotte. It is a non-medical foot care space: it does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and it does not bill services through insurance.

Clients pick a specialist and a service online, where prices and availability are shown. Every service includes a consultation, and the specialist confirms the care and price before starting. Consultation-only visits are not offered, and the studio does not take phone calls; clients can reach it by text, email or Instagram.

A dry pedicure here is a hygienic treatment that tidies nails by trimming and shaping them, then gently cares for the cuticles, clears away flaky skin and smooths down small patches of thickened skin. Deep heel fissures, hard corns and heavy callus work fall outside what it covers. Gel polish can be added on top of that dry foundation, in a solid shade, a thin film layer or a traditional French look. Advanced Foot Care is designed for nails that are thick or hard to manage, rough and parched skin, cracked heels, areas of hardened skin and misshapen nails that need careful ongoing maintenance. Gel polish is optional, and the level of service is set when the appointment begins.

For difficult nails and early ingrown toenails the studio offers non-medical care. It does not diagnose or treat fungal infections, and concerns that need diagnosis or treatment should be evaluated by a licensed podiatrist. Gel polish is not applied to damaged, deformed or infected toenails; the specialist decides whether polish is appropriate.
