Every visit begins with an assessment. Hamsa looks at and feels the skin in person before choosing a treatment, and takes time to learn about each client's skin, concerns and goals. Hamsa performs every treatment personally, and the aim is for clients to feel comfortable and cared for rather than rushed.

The core offering is the Custom Facial, a 60-minute appointment starting at $85. It can be built up with add-ons chosen when booking or during the session, including dermaplaning, LED light therapy in red or blue, microdermabrasion, a head and scalp massage, and a high-frequency treatment for acne. Clients with sensitive skin are welcome; facials are adjusted to the skin, and sensitivities should be mentioned when booking.

Beyond the custom facial, the studio lists several set treatments: a 45-minute Signature Facelift Peel, a 90-minute combination of dermaplaning and a Happy Peel that includes a hydrating peptide mask and neck and shoulder massage, a 65-minute LuxeLift Facial using Circadia professional products, and a 75-minute microneedling session, which is a collagen-induction treatment. Microneedling is usually recommended as a series of three to four sessions about four to six weeks apart.

Waxing is offered for face and body, including brows, underarms, arms, face, Brazilian and legs. Waxing services are for women, while men are welcome for every other treatment. Most clients are recommended to return for a facial about every four weeks, and cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice.

Treatments are built around a skin assessment and intentional, individualized care rather than a fixed menu.
