Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours ahead. Later changes, no-shows and arrivals 15 or more minutes late are charged the full service price, and cancellations inside that window are charged half. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The salon is open Monday through Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed on weekends.
