The pedicure menu is built around six named Pearl services, each adding steps. Pearl Classic covers nail trimming and shaping, cuticle care, a lotion massage, a hot towel, and regular polish. Soft Pearl Deluxe adds callus removal, a sea salt soak, a sugar scrub and a mask. Duo Pearl Spa is a four-step treatment using single-use packets, in honeydew and cucumber or milk and honey. Aroma Pearl Spa uses a lavender or cherry blossom soak with a whirlpool, a sugar scrub, a mask and a rock massage. Jewel Pearl Luxury is a five-step service with rosehip and cannabis sativa oils, a pearl soak, a sugar scrub, a mask and a candle massage. For nails, the salon offers acrylic full sets, overlays, color powder, ombre and toes, plus pink and white sets. Dipping, Gel X, and builder gel or tap gel options include new sets, fills and overlays, with removal priced with or without a service. Natural nail visits range from regular polish changes and manicures to shellac or gel manicures and a Pearl Harbor manicure. A soft gel in a bottle is also offered. If gel polish or enhancements chip within seven days of service, the salon offers complimentary repairs by appointment.

Add-ons such as a candle, collagen socks, paraffin wax, French tip, deep French, nail design, special shape, nail length, nail repair and callus treatment can be added to services. The salon also offers waxing for eyebrows, lip, chin and full face, and eyelash extensions in express, classic, hybrid and volume styles, with fill-ins and removal.

Guests are asked to tell technicians about any allergies, medical conditions or physical sensitivities before service. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Complimentary drinks are limited to one per guest, for guests 21 and older with ID. The salon does not offer cash refunds on any services, and guests who are dissatisfied are asked to tell management before leaving. Staff may decline service to anyone who is disrespectful or intoxicated, or whose health conditions may pose a risk to others. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
