The practice takes a functional approach to medicine and uses genetic and micronutrient testing to look for underlying causes. It describes its care as safe, thorough and natural, with the aims of improving health, quality of life and prevention of age-related disease. It states its philosophy as feeling good, looking good and living better.

Many visits begin with a consultation. Blood work visits start with a discussion of health needs and goals, followed by a blood draw of about 15 to 20 minutes. Samples go to an outside lab, and a follow-up appointment reviews the results and treatment options. Hormone replacement starts with an initial consultation covering health history and symptoms, blood work and a personalized plan, with follow-up labs during treatment. Medical weight loss begins with a full consultation on lifestyle, diet, exercise, genetic predispositions and past weight loss attempts, and the exact cost of a plan is set at that visit.

On the aesthetic side, facials are performed with the Aquafirme XS machine in express, deluxe and platinum versions. The Glass Facial, offered in Cypress, combines microchanneled tox, Scarlet SRF radiofrequency microneedling and Cellenis Derma PRP in one session of about 60 to 90 minutes, and the practice offers a free consultation for it. The practice describes its aesthetic treatments as elite and its devices as state-of-the-art, and lists Agnes RF, Scarlet SRF, Aquafirme XS, Alpha Pro, NouvaDerm and Plasmage among its technology.

The practice is cash-pay and does not bill insurance directly, though some prescribed medications sent to a pharmacy may be covered by insurance.
