Chicago has studios in West Loop and Gold Coast, with an Oakbrook studio planned. The business says it is reimagining preventive skincare with a focus on accessibility, consistency and clinical integrity. It concentrates only on Botox and wrinkle prevention, aiming for results that look natural. Peachy states that it does not upsell and offers only the treatments it considers suited to each client. The company describes its treatments as best-in-class.

A visit starts with a free consultation, which carries no obligation to book. At the FiDi studio, consultations include an AI-powered wrinkle analysis. Treatment plans are mapped with a 3D facial mapping tool that uses photobooth images, and the business says it draws on data from thousands of treatments to plan injection points. A full appointment, consultation included, usually takes 30 to 45 minutes. Treatments are flat-fee with no per-unit charges, though a $150 brand charge applies per treatment when Botox or Dysport is used. Complimentary dose adjustments are offered two to three weeks after an initial treatment and are booked by phone.

The Wrinkle Treatment costs $425 and is aimed at the forehead, glabella and crow's feet, which the site calls the three FDA-approved areas. The Masseter Treatment costs $525 and works on the masseter muscles, with the goal of softening them and gradually narrowing the lower face; the site also ties it to TMJ. Both treatments use Xeomin or Jeuveau. The Botox Facial with Aquagold costs $375 and uses a microneedling device with gold-plated needles to place Botox into the dermal layer. According to the site, it hydrates skin and helps prevent fine lines. The Peachy Signature Package pairs a Wrinkle Treatment with a Botox Facial with Aquagold for $725. The three-treatment Wrinkle Treatment Bundle is $1,125. Prescription retinoids cost $80; they are prescribed in the studio, renewed every three months, and delivered to the client's door. Bundles cannot be transferred. The referral offer gives $50 to the referrer and $50 to the new customer.
