The waxing menu covers the face (upper lip, chin, sideburns and nostrils), underarms, arms, legs, back, stomach, bikini and Brazilian areas, with separate services for women and for men. Single-area waxes are listed alongside larger areas, and appointment lengths are given for each, from about 10 minutes for a lip or underarm wax to 30 minutes for a full back or full legs.
The brow and lash menu includes brow tinting, brow waxing, brow lamination, a combined brow and lash tint, lash tinting and lash lifts. Brow and lash tints last up to six weeks, and a lash lift lasts six to eight weeks.
Before a wax, clients are asked to let hair grow to at least a quarter to half an inch, longer for thick hair, and to wait three to four weeks after shaving. Clients taking antibiotics, Accutane, retinols or similar products should mention them to the waxer. Afterward, the studio asks clients to avoid vigorous workouts, hot tubs and saunas for 24 to 48 hours, and recommends exfoliating three to four times a week to help reduce ingrown hairs.
Appointments are held with a credit card and paid after the service. Cash and Zelle are preferred, and credit and debit cards, Venmo and Cash App are also accepted. Rescheduling or cancelling needs at least 12 hours' notice; late cancellations are charged 50% and repeat cancellations are charged in full. Gift cards are sold online in $5, $10, $20, $50 or custom amounts.
