A visit usually starts with a free 15-minute phone consultation or a free virtual consultation, and online booking is available. A first in-person visit includes an assessment of skin type, hair type and goals before a treatment plan is set. Laser sessions run from about 20 minutes for small areas such as the upper lip to up to an hour for larger areas such as the back or legs. Treatments are generally spaced four, six or eight weeks apart, with a package of six to 10 sessions recommended and maintenance sessions three to four times a year afterward. Laser hair removal is described as hair reduction rather than permanent removal.
Beyond laser, the studio offers electrolysis, usually as an add-on, for white, gray or light hairs that lasers do not target effectively. Electrolysis is booked in 15, 30 or 45-minute intervals and is described as a long-term commitment, with appointments every two to three weeks over one to two years for complete removal. Facial options include the Glo2/Geneo oxygenating facial, Peach Fuzz Signature Facials, the PeachGlow Derma Peel and Procell Microchanneling. Signature facials include a laser Genesis portion, and facials are not combined with laser hair removal in the same session. Vajacials come in Brightening, Smoothing and Soothing versions.
Booking rules matter for planning. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee, as do no-shows on the day. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late are charged a $25 late fee. Pre-paid treatments are non-refundable but transferable. Installment packages must be used within one year of purchase and carry a $10 late fee for late payments. Cancelling an installment package before the first session may qualify for a refund minus a $25 administration fee. Memberships renew automatically and must be cancelled at least 30 days before the membership year ends.
The studio sells its own Fuzz Clinic skincare line online, which was developed from years of treating clients, and it offers Fuzz Clinic aftercare gels for laser clients.
Every laser plan starts with a full assessment of skin type, hair type and goals, in a setting the studio describes as a safe space for clients of all backgrounds.
