The studio sits in a suite on the 15th floor at 325 West 38th Street in New York. It is open from noon to 10 PM on weekdays and from noon to 8 PM on weekends, which makes it workable for appointments outside a standard office day.

The menu is built around hands and feet. Manicures come in two Russian-style versions, one finished with regular polish and one with hard gel for added strength and length. Pedicures are dry, using an e-file to care for the cuticles and heels, and can be finished in regular or gel polish.

Gel-X sets use pre-shaped tips, while Dual Forms are sculpted gel extensions that the technician shapes to suit the client. Nail design covers cat eye, classic French tips, ombre gradients, chrome powder, and custom nail art priced by the level of detail and per nail. Nail care covers repairing a single broken or damaged nail and removing gel polish.

Booking carries a few rules. Certain services require a deposit when you book, $30 for the Russian Manicure with regular polish and $50 for the hard gel manicure, dry pedicures and extensions. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged the full price of the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and cannot be refunded.
