Loc coloring is a major part of the menu, including a standard loc coloring service, a double process option and color retouches. Several of these require a consultation before booking, and the consultation for a loc service is a separate, shorter appointment.

Loc D E T O X is a detox treatment that reduces product buildup in the hair. The salon also offers a hot oil and deep conditioning treatment and a hair style only service that includes a style and light retouch without a wash or retwist.

Booking is done through Booksy, where the business shows mobile service with its own travel fee policy. Saturday appointments are arranged by calling or messaging the salon. The shop is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 1:30 PM, and is listed as closed Sunday, Monday and Saturday on Booksy.

Clients should plan on arriving on time: there is a 15-minute grace period, after which the salon asks clients to rebook.
