Bridal clients begin with a consultation that covers the dress, neckline, hairstyle and accessories. A trial run follows, lasting one to three hours depending on whether bridesmaids are included, and extra trials can be arranged. On the wedding day the team goes to the agreed spot, whether a home, hotel or venue, and can style the wedding party as part of the booking. Real flowers can be worked into bridal designs when flowers are included.

The studio provides event styling for proms, parties, photoshoots and other occasions, either at its own space or at a location the client picks. Glam Squad Soirées bring small makeover parties to a client's chosen spot for birthdays and for tweens and teens. Each session runs two or four hours and can cover makeup alone, hair alone, or both. For teen parties with more than six guests, the business suggests its four-hour Ultimate Glow Squad. Extra guests cost $45 each for children aged 6-12, $70 each for guests aged 13-17, and $100 each for hair and makeup together. Optional extras for teens include the Strike a Pose Photo Lounge, professional photos taken after styling, eyelash application, and a lip shade to keep.
