The booking page organizes styles into groups such as Knotless, Feed-Ins, Stitch Braids, Weave, Pony, Men, Touch Up and Courses, so clients can browse by the style they have in mind.

The stylist supplies the braiding hair for braided styles. For Goddess and Bohemian braids, clients need to bring their own curly hair. Styles that are not listed online can be requested by sending images by text, and dates or times not open on the online calendar can also be requested by text, with an upcharge if the stylist is available.

House calls are offered within the Atlanta metropolitan area, with prices that vary by location and start at $75. Payment is cash only, and any payment made another way carries an added processing fee. Returning clients receive $15 off their style every third appointment.

Booking has some firm rules. Hair must be at least 4 inches long all around, or the deposit is forfeited. Clients must be 11 or older. Deposits cannot be transferred, and a cancellation made less than 24 hours ahead requires paying 50% of the style price to rebook. There are no late fees, but after a 15-minute grace period the appointment may be canceled or an inconvenience fee applied. Clients are asked not to arrive early without notice, not to contact the stylist shortly before the appointment about hair or location, and not to bring extra people.
