Custom facials start with a skin analysis before any products or protocol are chosen. Treatments cover deep cleansing, exfoliation, mask therapy, facial massage and gemstone therapy, with a heated gemstone mat that the studio says provides far-infrared, negative ion, photon and PEMF therapy. Products rotate from the studio's curated selection, so each facial may use different ones. Facials run 45 to 120 minutes, and the first appointment includes an extra 15 minutes for consultation. Longer facials can be paired with microchannelling, Epi-Brasion, LED or a Factor Five Renewal Peel, and a sound bath session is available by request with a 75, 90 or 120 minute facial.

A two-hour Makeup Bag Edit sorts through what clients already own and ends with a shopping list. The Clean Beauty Shopping Experience is an in-person session for building a custom palette of MOB beauty products, with a pre-consultation and guided color testing. Virtual sessions and in-home or on-location services are available on inquiry.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin and makeup needs, with a skin analysis or consultation before choices are made.
