The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM and on Sundays from 11 AM to 6 PM. Clients who cancel within 24 hours of an appointment, or do not show up, are charged a 20% cancellation fee.

Manicures and pedicures range from a regular manicure at 30 minutes to a deluxe pedicure at 50 minutes, which includes a scrub, a mask and an extra massage.

Nail enhancements include acrylic and gel fills and full sets, builder gel, and Gel X fills and full sets, along with soak-off, French and deep French tips, chrome or cateye finishes, design work, repairs and cutdowns. Full sets generally take about an hour, and some gel fills and Gel X full sets may take longer.

Waxing is offered for the lip, eyebrows, chin, sideburns and full face, with the full face service taking about 20 minutes.
