Consultations are offered in person or virtually before services such as color, blond and highlights, and hair replacement. A consultation covers hair history, scalp, the cut or color wanted, treatments, budget, any medication or allergies, scheduling, and inspiration photos. Consultations run about 25 minutes and cost $30.

Several hair services are built around texture and length. Virgin relaxers are offered for hair that has never been chemically relaxed, and retouch relaxer appointments include conditioning and styling. Silk presses come in two tiers: a Platinum service that straightens natural curly hair, deep conditions and trims, and a Top Tier service that includes a press, trim and a hair mask or protein treatment. Detangling is available for an added fee with silk press services.

The Pixie Girls packages combine services for clients who want a short look, including Pixie Curls n Swerves, a shampoo style with reshape and rinse for clients who already have a haircut, and The Big Chop Makeover, which combines a virgin relaxer, custom cut, color, deep conditioning and style.

Deposits are non-refundable: $30 for hairstyles and $75 for weaves. The salon accepts Zelle, cash and credit card, with credit card fees applied. Zelle and Venmo are accepted for hair replacement bookings. Phone calls are not allowed in the stylist chair or at the shampoo bowl.

Several services are priced by hair length, density and texture, so the final price depends on the individual's hair.
