Color is the core of the work. The salon specializes in dimensional color, balayage, blonde, color correction and hair extensions, and its color menu runs from toner and glazes to root touch-ups and all-over color. Color correction is planned during a consultation with a stylist, and extension services also begin with a consultation.

Clients book through an online form, but submitting it does not reserve a time, and staff contact the client to schedule. Prices vary with the additional services needed and with hair length or thickness, so final pricing is confirmed with the stylist. Payment is due at the visit and covers all products used. Unopened, resalable product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the order date.

Longer services and extension appointments require a deposit to secure the booking: $50 for any long-length service, and 50 percent of the cost for hair extensions. The deposit is refunded with at least 72 hours' notice; a later cancellation or reschedule forfeits it as a no-show fee. Booking sends a confirmation request 3 days ahead and a reminder 24 hours before the appointment.

Children are not allowed in the salon unsupervised, and the salon does not provide childcare, so each child needs another caretaker. Children in carriers or strollers may not be placed near service areas or held on laps. Children 12 and older who can sit quietly may wait in the seating area.
