Paul Chambers and his wife Wendy Chambers run the salon, with Wendy as co-owner. The P-Bond system, which they developed together, is built on bond-building science and is intended to repair hair from the inside. The salon says its hair products are free from sulfates, silicones, fillers and parabens, and P-Bond products can be bought online through its shop with shipping to the door.

Color clients can book a 20-minute color consultation for $45 that covers color history, hair condition, skin type and lifestyle. Cuts and styling are planned around each client's texture, lifestyle and goals. Color services include protective treatment before, during and after coloring. Bleach & Tone, Corrective Color and Fashion Color are priced after an in-salon consultation.

The salon's service menu runs from a $35 hair consultation and a $35 P/Bond Triple Threat Treatment to haircuts from $70 for men and $85 to $160 for women, depending on hair type.
