Braiding hair is included with braid services, in shades 1B, 2, 4, 27, 30, 613, BURG and grey. For other colors, clients bring their own hair. Kinky twists also require clients to bring their own kinky hair.

Booking requires a $25 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the total. Clients should arrive with hair washed, blow-dried and detangled, and need at least 4 inches of hair. Appointments are cancelled if hair is dirty, and tangled hair that needs detangling carries a $20 to $30 charge. Cancellations are requested at least 48 hours ahead. A cancelled appointment can be rescheduled within a week without a new deposit; after that, a new deposit is due. Arriving 10 minutes late adds a $10 fee, and arriving more than 20 minutes late cancels the appointment. Clients may come with one other person. Shampoo services are no longer offered. Cash, card and Apple Pay are accepted, and hair products cannot be returned.

The studio also offers one-on-one braiding classes in Basic and VIP formats. Clients request a date, and a session is booked only after it is confirmed. The gallery shows work including men's stitch braids, kids' styles, instant locs, lemonade braids, Y twists and starter locs. Requests can be sent through the online form on the contact page.
