Membership covers consultations, calls and sessions, with unlimited access to the provider, same or next-day appointments, and longer visits in person or by video. Sick and urgent visits are included. Members can use in-house labs, EKGs, simple sutures and urinalysis, and the practice coordinates care with specialists, sends wholesale prescriptions and manages chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes and anemia. Individual monthly rates are $75 for ages 18-39, $85 for ages 40-64 and $105 for ages 65 and up, with a one-time non-refundable $149 enrollment fee. Annual plans are discounted by 10%, and cancelling an annual plan early is prorated at full price, with the remaining balance refunded.

The aesthetics side of the practice includes CoolPeel, a CO2 laser that works on the surface layers of the skin to address texture and fine lines, and Botox for forehead lines, crow's feet and frown lines. Dermal fillers are used to restore volume in nasolabial folds, marionette lines, hollow cheeks and thin lips, and to enhance facial contours.
