The philosophy is that makeup should enhance the beauty clients already have. Bridal work covers the bride and, through the Bridal Party Booking add-on, mothers, bridesmaids and other wedding guests. Basic and Lux bridal packages include a facial, neck and shoulder massage, lashes, eye and hand masks, body shimmer and a bridal touch-up kit. The Lux package adds help with jewelry, dressing and shoes, veil placement, and touch-ups up to two hours after the appointment. Staying for the full wedding costs an extra $800 with either package, for unlimited touch-ups for up to four hours. A stand-alone 4 Hour Bridal Touchups add-on is also available at $799.

Lessons can be taken virtually or in person. Group makeup lessons run three hours at the client's location; the host's lesson is free and each guest pays a flat fee. Private one-on-one lessons are offered in person at the client's location, including a product database, or online for three hours. Clients do not need to buy new makeup for a one-on-one lesson. Client testimonials on the site praise the attention to detail, welcoming manner and beginner-friendly lessons.

Bookings are planned well ahead. Wedding bookings are typically made 12 to 18 months in advance and require a signed bridal contract and a booking fee. Event bookings are best made 4 to 6 weeks in advance with a booking contract and fee. Bridal trials are recommended one to three months before the wedding and usually last two to two and a half hours. Travel fees are $30 within San Diego County and $1 per mile outside it, not including parking or valet charges. All bookings are non-refundable, but one reschedule is allowed to a date within one week of the original. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation, and a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours incurs a new booking fee. Each guest added after booking costs an extra $200, and removing a guest does not reduce the cost of services. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, bare skin and to avoid sun, facials, waxing or peels for at least 72 hours beforehand, with derma-planning at least three days before. Accessibility needs and silent appointments can be requested in advance.
