The salon describes itself as the top-rated luxury hair salon in Florida.

Color is customized to hair length, density and time commitment, and a consultation is suggested for an accurate estimate. The Iconic covers grey and keeps depth with root retouch in a single process, without lightening. The In Vogue and The Visage are tonal options, The Haute Couture is a lightening service, and The Mélange is a multi-process full color. Color is formulated with Duomo, which the site describes as ammonia-free and non-toxic. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair and no heavy conditioning or oil treatments in the 24 hours before color. Color services can be combined with extensions, with the approach coordinated across both.

Extensions are a major part of the menu. DV Couture extensions are made from 100% Remy double-drawn human hair, come in 26 tones and lengths from 16 to 24 inches, and are color-matched at consultation. Invisible Bead Extensions are installed with a beading and stitching method that uses no exposed hardware, typically take two to three hours, and are usually maintained every six to eight weeks. Other application methods include hand-tied wefts, tape-ins, micro links and keratin tips. Extension pricing is discussed at consultation, and an extension consultation can be booked through an online form.

Bioprogramming, a patented Japanese design technology, is used through in-salon devices and is included in every service at the salon, according to the salon. The Parlour Signature Restorative Blowdry is performed with these devices and takes about an hour in the chair. Memberships are offered: Parlour Priority is $99 a month and includes one Bioprogramming restorative blowdry a month, while Platinum includes one session a week and Black includes two. Priority opens with a set number of chairs, and Platinum and Black are arranged by enquiry. Concierge stylists can come to a home, office or event, covering cuts, color and extensions, and on-location bridal and event hair and makeup is custom-quoted after a consultation. Pro Addiction is a formaldehyde-free, toxin-free smoothing treatment that the site says lasts four to six months, and clients can wash their hair the same day.

Each appointment is one client with one stylist, and services are priced and customized to the time, detail and artistry each one needs.

The space was rebuilt with Italian furnishings, custom brass fixtures and pivot doors.
