Park & Eve

Park & Eve was established in 2017 and operates as a collective of independent stylists, with three stylists working from three chairs. The studio is named after two dogs, Parker and Stevie, and dogs are welcome in the space. Corinne Dunham, the owner, built the studio around the idea that every client deserves a stylist who listens.

Located on the sixth floor in Downtown Los Angeles, the studio is a brief walk from Metro Center, where the B (Red) line stops at 7th Street. Drivers can find curbside spots on W. 7th St. and surrounding blocks, and several paid lots and garages are nearby. Open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm; closed Sundays and Mondays. Individual stylists may keep different hours.

Consultations for cut, color and curl are free, and a first-time curl consultation is free. A standard men's cut does not need a consultation. Pricing varies by stylist and by how complex the service is, so the studio gives individual quotes. Men's haircuts, priced $80 to $100, include a styling walkthrough. Color corrections require a consultation and are charged at $150 per hour.

To book, a credit card is kept on file to hold the appointment, and no deposit is charged up front. Clients with out-of-country zip codes or card problems can use a refundable deposit sent by Venmo or Zelle instead. Haircut appointments need 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and color appointments need 48 hours. Cancellations with too little notice and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Refunds are not given for services performed. Clients may contact the studio within one week of an appointment about a service issue to be seen again. Payment over time through Klarna or Affirm is available at checkout.

The studio works as a collective of independent stylists, and the salon describes each service as tailored to the individual client's hair rather than a formula. The salon also describes itself as an Oribe salon first and foremost.
