The salon describes its vision as becoming a leading luxury, education-driven salon in Nevada, and it treats education as the foundation of its culture. Stylists keep building technical, communication, leadership and business skills, training on-site and through programs the salon describes as among the most prestigious in the world. A mentorship program for stylists includes model days and a first year on the path to full-time floor work, with an hourly wage during training and a path to commission once on the floor.
Prices are starting rates, and they vary by stylist level; Balayage, for example, starts at $300, $325 or $350. The final price can rise with optional upgrades or add-ons. Balayage, highlights and color services can each be booked with or without a cut and style, and hair extensions carry an additional $30 service charge per appointment. Custom-ordered extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.
Memberships are billed automatically each month, with no long-term contract and no enrollment fee. There are five tiers from $110 to $330 per month, and members receive priority booking, 20% off retail products and one complimentary guest blowout a year. Unused visits carry forward for 30 days, and members can change plans once per billing cycle. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice and can be done through the client portal, by email or with a form at the salon.
Clients who cancel within 24 hours of their booking are charged half the service price, though the salon will offer to reschedule instead. A no-show without notice is billed the full price of the service. Any required paperwork needs to be filled out 48 hours ahead of the appointment. Each ticket carries a $4 environmental charge that goes toward recycling. The salon has teamed up with Green Circle and states that up to 95% of its salon waste ends up recycled.
Services are designed around each guest rather than one standard formula, and education is treated as the base of the salon's culture.
