The complimentary one-hour consultation covers how a wig's cap is built, selecting a style, fit try-ons and care instructions. Service is shaped around each client's needs, and clients are taught how to maintain and care for anything they buy, including at home. The salon says its main priorities are comfort in the shop and satisfaction with purchases.

Beyond wigs, the salon sells toppers, ponytails, bangs, extensions, halos and children's wigs, along with care products, shampoos and conditioners, hair sprays, brushes and combs, wig adhesives, wig caps and wig stands.
